One of our teacher's accounts has been locked and it says "The Educational Data Collection Practices document was not signed by the required data of Sep 22, 2024 UTC. An email with directions for completing the education account activation process has been sent to (teacher's email). The recipient of the email has to provide consent to Zoom's Educational Data Collection Practices to restore access to your account. Until this consent has been recorded, user in your account will be unable to sign into Zoom. If this consent is not signed by Oct 22, 2024 UTC the account may be deleted." The teacher was able to use the account just a couple weeks ago with no issue and I tried resending the email but it doesn't go into her inbox (yes I checked spam as well). I am just really confused because the consent needed to be signed in 2024 but we are now in January 2026... It also says to reach out to an org. admin but as far as I am aware, we do not have one at our school. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a paid Zoom account. When I go to "add alternative host" it won't let me fill in any address at all. (The box is greyed.) I tried this both from my desktop and the app.
Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

Anyone else experiencing a total outage of Zoom meetings today? I'm unable to connect to my meeting as of 1:00 PM EST.
I recently created a Warmly account through Zoom. The name tag is cool, but there was no easy way to turn it on and off in the middle of a call, so I deleted it from my Zoom account and I deleted my Warmly account, but the name tag continues to appear on the screen when I'm sharing my camera. How can I get rid of this?

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed. IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE: - kernel 6.13.4 - libcamera 0.4.0 I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera. Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

Tried 3 different usernames on two different windows 11 insider program 10.0.22623.730 logins. Uninstalled zoom client 5 times, shut down and booted 6 times. Used browser on zoom meeting today, but camera didn't work. Clicked on profile photo, then settings to no avail. Clicked on settings gear icon to no avail.
