I am an online English teacher and I cannot deactivate the remote control in Linux with the shortcut key. It is not working. I need the shortcut key to work on Linux.
Hello, I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion. I didn't record the meeting. When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts. Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting? I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript. Thank you. Kate

Probably duplicate but I'm not seeing any solution that works. Audio volume is fine on my laptop across multiple programs until joining with computer audio to a Zoom meeting, then volume drops. I have the speaker volume at Max and have turned off, unchecked Automatically Adjust Microphone Volume, and set Audio Profile to Zoom Background Noise Removal to Low (although I have tried Auto, Medium and High but no change). Why does Zoom automatically change the volume? What else am I missing? I don't seem to see any other fixes posted other than the uncheck auto adj mic volume and that doesn't fix it. The laptop is 3 months old running Windows 11 Pro (although I had the same problem with the laptop this replaced)

if I am not available to host a meeting, I would like some else to be able to access the meeting without me having to make them a co host.
Lots of people have discussed how to get audio files for each participant, and how to delete multiple meetings and even to set meetings to delete automatically after a certain time. Those aren't what I want, and I'm sure I'm not alone. 1) Downloading - it like to be able to tick individual participant audio files so they get downloaded at the same time as speaker view, gallery view and the shared audio file. At the moment I have to download the bundle, then go to each participant audio file that I want and download them individually 2) Deleting - for some reason the participant audio files are all huge (lots of silence recorded without compression) meaning a recent meeting had 1.5GB in video files but 3GB in participant audio files. Before I even want to download, I know I only want audio files for the main speaker and the facilitator. At the moment I have to go to each participant audio file individually, press the delete button, wait for it to delete, reopen the list of participant audio files, find the next one, and delete it. I'd like to be able to tick all except the speaker and facilitator and delete them all at once. This isn't really a new feature request, it's simply asking for a tick box to facilitate an existing feature (download and delete). Have I missed a way to do this already, or could it be added to Zoom?

Periodically, I am informed that my microphone is a little quiet. I have unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume." (And this has been unchecked for the last year, and yet this issue has occurred multiple times during this period) This is where I want my microphone level to be This is where it is being to As you can see, it's really a minor change but it does happen I do have the Audio profile set to Medium Is there anything outside of Zoom that might impact the level?

I previously used Zoom Pro for two months at a discounted price and decided to cancel it afterward. Upon attempting to renew my subscription, I was shown a charge of 7.50 euros for this month, which I proceeded with. However, I was charged nearly 18 euros instead, and at no point in the renewal process was I made aware of any charges beyond the 7.50 euros. I reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, I received no meaningful assistance, only an apology for a "glitch" in the system. I would like to request a refund for the price difference, as I was not informed of the higher charge beforehand. I do not wish to cancel my subscription for this month but would appreciate resolving the billing issue promptly. I find this situation quite frustrating, particularly due to the lack of transparency and the inadequate support provided

Hello Zoom family: I've downloaded the Zoom Workplace APP(Version 6.3.5)on my macbook pro m4. When I try to turn off the virtual background and click the 'None' option from the Virtual background, it still shows me a background (a picture of trees and waterview), but I'm unable to get rid of it. Does anyone have this same problem? I appreciate your help.

Zoom will not open on my iMac with Sequoia OS. I get an error message " You can’t open the application “zoom.us” because this application is not supported on this Mac. I try to open it via Safari and I get distorted audio which seems to interfere with other members of meeting. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it does not work.

Hi all, My desktop client (Win 11 machine) lost my personal contacts and the sync to gmail address book. I have re-created the contacts two days ago, they were visible in 'my contacts', but they have disappeared again. Any pointers as to what's needed in order to keep them in the app?
