After a recent Linux update, screen sharing is not working the same way for me.
I can share one screen, but additional screens are no longer available to select.
This setup worked fine before the update.
I am using a multi-monitor setup and did not change any Zoom settings.
Has anyone else seen this, or found a workaround?

Hi guys, we run a support group using three monitors. Gallery view in the middle, slide control, chat and participants on the right and slide presentations on the left. Worked fine for years but not since this years update. Uninstalled and reinstalled the December version and it works fine. System, Linux Mint 22.2 XFCE desktop, NVidia GFX driver.

I want to record my zoom session on my own computer, but zoom only allows cloud recording. I have checked all settings and couldn’t figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi there, I accidentally entered an incorrect email address when purchasing a Zoom Pro license. Unfortunately, we do not have access to that email address, and as a result, we are unable to sign in to the Zoom account associated with the license. Please advise how this can be corrected? Additionally, which Zoom support channel should I contact to resolve this issue as soon as possible, given that I cannot sign in to the affected account?

I have a Zoom Workplace Business plan. Is the "streaming" feature available? I see it in the "Meetings" section, but the settings are unavailable...
Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed. IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE: - kernel 6.13.4 - libcamera 0.4.0 I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera. Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

Hello, everybody! I tried to uninstall / reinstall Zoom several times, I also tried older versions and it just does not work. Please help!
I am running a latest Zoom version on Intel-based Apple Mac Mini 2018, on macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419).
When I try to share screen with audio (share audio checkbox is active) from my computer, the Zoom Audio Device driver installation DOES NOT pop up, how it used to on other systems.
Does anybody know how to (manually) trigger the installation of Zoom Audio Device driver?

I just bought a new computer - an Asus Vivobook. It has an I5 core and so should be excellent. I installed Zoom and tested it. The sound from the device is great but the sound I am receiving is terrible. When I test the sound using Zooms test device, I can hear the sound, or the sound starts and then cuts of. I talked to a friend in the UK using Zoom and the sound quality was dreadful. Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips? This is the first time I have ever experienced this problem.

I have been regularly using the Zoom timer on my Google pixel 7A phone (android version 16) for about a year without issues. Last week, I lost the ability to use the timer. Instead I receive error message "android support coming soon" when attempting to load the timer. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
