There are so many more settings now, why can't they have links to documentation?
Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?
my technical support tickets keep getting closed and marked as solved instantly with no comment or anything, what is that? I cant get access to the live chat support, my tickets are ignored and marked as solved, how am i supposed to report a problem with this kind of system????
My issue is that a meeting recording keeps crashing while trying to convert it. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail, reporting the issue doesnt seem to be a thing and neither does getting any support. Not impressed at all. Won't be surprised if this post gets deleted too.

Hi, I have a Workplace Pro account. It says I have access to AI Companion. When I set up a meeting a meeting, I select the meeting summary option under Advanced, I think. However, so far I have not been able to locate the summaries. I also record the videos and can find them. Help please!

We are working on compiling our webinar report for 2024 but are only able to see attendee data from our last three webinars. Is there a way to access attendee numbers from earlier webinars in the year? If so, could you please guide us on how to retrieve this data Thank you for your assistance!

I can't see how to download the list of people who have registered for a meeting I have tomorrow. Any clues?
When I set up a new meeting, I cannot see it in my app (so I cannot edit it there - e.g. add an alternative host, etc.). I can still see my meetings scheduled previously. I've updated Zoom to the newest version. It did not help.
