Can't find setting to allow transcripts

there's only the information:

 

No transcripts
You are not allowing meeting hosts to retain and access meeting transcripts.
 
Where do I allow the host to retain and access transcripts?

@Troy3 - Are you and admin?  The setting is only available at the account or group level, so you would have to search those settings to make the change.

@JonasCoach - In the account settings, the very last option in the 'Recordings & Transcripts' tab is to enable this option.  You would have to be an admin or an owner to access it, or have an admin make the change for you.

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I just searched in my settings using the search bar and nothing in there says "Allow meeting hosts to retain and access meeting transcripts..." I have tried everything, I made sure all the correct settings were checked and enabled, but every time I go to view transcripts there are none and I keep seeing the following text: "You are not allowing meeting hosts to retain and access meeting transcripts.

Yes I found it. Sometimes I think Zoom could give a hint in the Error message as how to get to the solution. That would be practical 😉

Can you share a screen shot of where you located it? I am still having trouble finding it.

@PES2017 - Under the account settings when I search for "Transcript"
