We publish a number of screenshots via URL to all our Zoom rooms.
Is there an option to export the list of rooms along with the displayed URL/s for each room?
Is there a way to pre-screen incoming external calls to gather information like their name, company, or reason for the call? That way the person receiving the call has more information on how they'd like to handle the call (answer, decline, VM). I like the idea of sharing extension numbers and DID# to others BUT, I don't want our executives and upper level managment to be blindsided by someone that obtained their DID# through incorrect channels.

This question was asked previously (years ago) and the answer that worked back then isn't working for me. I have to download this onto my 4 year old's computer (she has an old one because... she's 4!) and I don't want to upgrade a computer. Her school requires Zoom desktop client.
Each time I download, it says it's not supported. I've tried all the work-arounds I can find on the internet so far. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I have a macbook Air running Sonoma 14.6.1. The Facetime HD camera at the top of the screen when running a meeting has three settings under it: Portrait, Studio Light and Reactions. Other people I know have an addtional setting BACKGROUND which has virtual backgrounds that are seemless unlike the standard zoom backgrounds. Does anyone know why I do not have that option or where I could go to get it? Is it the operating system or the zoom? or a setting I missed? Thanks

I purchased 5 zoom phone numbers on dec 29th and 3 days back I got a refund mail. I would like to know why my subscription was auto cancelled by zoom !
We're currently in the process of testing the Zoom Contact Center Softphone UI for ServiceNow Operations Workspace. Currently we use Zoom Contact Center client and can identify who is logged into the same queue and who is set to ready, not ready, on a call, etc...
Is there a feature within the Softphone UI that shows the mentioned above? It would be beneficial to see who is in the queue with you in case it gets busy, or you need to step away.
If you're organization has a similar setup please share your experience and how you're getting around not having this information visible.

am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with Zoom Phone. Recently, my license for 23 seats was canceled without any justification. When I contacted Zoom’s support, I was informed that my recent payment had been canceled by my bank. However, I spoke directly with my bank, and they confirmed that they had not canceled anything on my behalf.
To add to the absurdity of the situation, I initially paid $210, only to see a mysterious credit of $176.83 appear on my Zoom account. If my payment was allegedly canceled, where did this credit come from? The lack of transparency is infuriating.
Every time I reach out to Zoom support, I receive conflicting information. Each representative seems unaware of the previous conversations, providing different excuses that do nothing to resolve my issues. It’s as if customer satisfaction is the last thing on their mind.
Furthermore, when I attempted to buy new licenses, my payment methods were repeatedly rejected, leaving me stranded and frustrated. To top it all off, one support agent accused me of violating some undisclosed policy without ever specifying what that policy is. This vague accusation is not only unprofessional but also indicative of poor customer service.
The overall experience with Zoom Phone has been a complete disaster. This service is a waste of money and time, and it’s clear that customer support is severely lacking. I strongly advise prospective users to think twice before engaging with Zoom Phone because, based on my experience, you may find yourself dealing with unnecessary headaches and unanswered questions.

Can Zoom do something about the Low system resources error that pops up during meetings? It freezes video and affects audio and this very embarrassing during meetings. It's clearly an issue with zoom not PC. I have 16gb of RAM and a good fiber internet connection. Pls fix this.

I have created several templates that I want to share with my entire company (account). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this right now, since I am not able to add templates to a Shared Folder. How can I set a template to be available account-wide?

I am hosting a webinar but do not want attendees to be able to see/use the "raise hand" button. How do I remove that option for a webinar? Also, is it possible to prevent other panelists from seeing the # of participants/attendees and their names? Thank you
