Double vision on handwriting when screen sharing

I'm not really sure if it's a bug. However, I haven't encountered this issue before updating to version 6.3.6. So, I assume it might be a bug that showing double vision when writing on screen. Could you please check? ThanksIMG_4479.jpeg

I pay for Zoom. I host Zoom meetings. I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings. I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept. Why would... Show more

I pay for Zoom.  I host Zoom meetings.  I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.

I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings.  I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept.  Why would Zoom leave out such a powerful and useful option?  I can understand not making it available to non paying Zoom participants but come on!

I have used a paid version, a different free version as well as being a participant on someone else’s Zoom call when the meeting ends at precisely 17 minutes. I wrote to Zoom support with no response from them.

 

It possibly is a setting I need to change but don’t know where to look or begin. FYI, I am in Spain and using a VPN blocker so the IP address shouldn’t be an issue.

 

Any direction would be appreciated.

I have a Workplace Pro account. It says I have access to AI Companion. When I set up a meeting a meeting, I select the meeting summary option under Advanced, I think. However, so far I have not been able to locate the summaries. I also record the videos and can find them.

speaker delay from other party to my headset

When on a conference call the other parties are able to hear me from the first word to the last, but once it shifts to them to talk, there is a significant delay before I can hear what they are saying... so much so that I have to ask them to repeat themselves, which if we are talking and they aren't quit for too long, we are fine.  But once I have talked for a bit, I hear a beep, then when I ask them to respond, it takes a bit of time for Zoom to recognize that they are speaking.  They get the green boarder and the mouth is moving, but the audio is delayed, and I pick them up halfway thru a sentence.  How do I fix? 

 

Also, when there have been three parties, the other two don't have the delay on their side, it's only on my side.

Hello Zoom family:

I've downloaded the Zoom Workplace APP(Version 6.3.5)on my macbook pro m4.

When I try to turn off the virtual background and click the 'None' option from the Virtual background, it still shows me a background (a picture of trees and waterview), but I'm unable to get rid of it.

 

Does anyone have this same problem?

I appreciate your help.
