When i record a video on zoom the quality is very fuzzy. It has always been this way on paid and free. The HD option is always selected. Is there a way to fix this or is the only solution to use a completely different platform.
Lately after updating my zoom, it never allows me to re-add my virtual background image. It looks like image is uploaded but at the end it doesn't show up in my zoom profile to be picked as preferred option. I tried everything and I'm really frustrated. I've tired everything such as updating the desktop zoom app, signing out, looking at my web profile to ensure everything is active etc. Any help?

I am trying to confirm the exact behavior of Zoom Events Production Studio regarding speaker video tiles. If a speaker is assigned to a tile in a Production Studio scene but their camera is turned off, what appears in the live view? My goal is for a speaker’s tile to disappear automatically when that speaker is not on camera. I have reviewed the Production Studio support documentation, but this behavior is not described. If anyone has confirmed information from Zoom or has tested this behavior in a live Zoom Events environment, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Lo primero, compartir mi enorme frustración y enfado. Es prácticamente imposible hablar con ellos. Tenía por error dos cuentas, tarde varios meses en fijarme, y entonces solicité la baja de una de ellas. Eso fue en septiembre de 2025. Pedí conservar la otra, la cual, por no usarla, la di de baja también en octubre. Pues en noviembre y diciembre me han cobrado la que di de baja primero, y no consigo que me atiendan. Además me parece, por las quejas que leo, que no tienen la decencia de devolver los cobros indebidos. Tal vez una buena denuncia conjunta, haría que atendiesen mejor a sus clientes. Ojalá hagan las cosas como es debido, o lo paguen caro.
