Ich freue mich - wenn mir jemand helfen kann und sage schomal danke!

Das Verlängern des Jahre-Abos funktioniert nicht bei mir über die Abo-Verwaltung in meinem Account. Die Laufzeit endet bald und zoom hat mich aufgefordert, zu verlängern. Bei Drücken des  Bestellbuttons erscheint das weiß/rote Zeichen -dass das nicht geht. (Formular ansonsten vollständig ausgefüllt mit Abo-Wahl, Kreditkarte, Häkchen bei DSGVO/Coocki-Richtlinien...). Habe ich etwas übershen oder ist es der gleiche technische Fehler, wie im letzten Jahr 🙂 ? Was kann ich tun?

I have a license through a university enterprise account. I have scheduled a recurring meeting to be used for a class I will be teaching and want to add one of my university colleagues as a co-host. When I attempt to do this, I get an error message telling me my colleague cannot be added at this time. How can I overcome this issue?

Hello. I signed up with an email address for my work. I did this before the organization set us up with Zoom through them. I didn't realize they were going to do that. So the work email, even though it's my organization's email they assigned me, doesn't seem to be associated with the organization. I've looked for the invitation link they sent me, but cannot find it. How can I reset this email address to match with my organization's? They have a business account. Mine is showing as a personal account even though it's the company's email address.

I had this problem. My account was linked to Facebook, but I needed to log in not through Facebook, but through my mail and password. I found the instructions and turned off Facebook login in the settings. Now I'm trying to reset my password, but I get an email that says:
We have received a request to change your account password. The system states that you can log in to Zoom through Facebook. Click on the button below and select login via Facebook.

But I can't log in via Facebook as I have disabled this feature. How do I access my account?

Changing log in email address

I want to change my login user email.

In the support articles it states to click on edit under sign in. There is no edit option.

How do I change my login email?

OTP Authentication Turning Off Not Allowed

I can't turn off OTP authentication on my profile. The button is disabled. Any idea why that might be?
