When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I just received this email and want to know how I can find out if it's authentic or a phishing attempt: 

 

"We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service. At Zoom, we take extra steps to help prevent compromised credentials from other platforms from being used for your Zoom account.

 

We recommend you immediately reset your password and enroll in two-factor authentication to further secure your account. If the password for your account has not been reset in the next 24 hours, we will reset your password as a safety measure to prevent any potential unauthorized access to your account."

I'm a medical doctor and founder of an NGO (Non- Governmental &
Not for profit Organisation). Our vision is to provide the right health information to members of our Society especially in Nigeria.

I have been paying for the zoom & data subscriptions from my salary for the past 13 months (which is not sustainable).

So I have two questions;

1. Is it possible to get discounts from zoom for the subscriptions?

2. How can I get sponsors that will pay for zoom & data subscriptions?

If you select 'In the same organization', users may still be able to chat with external users if they are added to channels or group chats with external users.

 

Anyone (internal and external contacts)

In the same organization

In the same organization and specified domains

In the same organization and specified users

Resolved! Disable Chat for all but a few

Mgt wants to disable zoom chat for all but a few users if possible. 

 

Or is CHAT an "all or none enabled" or can a policy enforce no CHAT for "all but x"?

Chat is GONE!?

 

This is a pain, can't message anyone can't even get to my colleagues. Just because I'm a basic user? Come on Zoom! You can't do this to free accounts 😞 Please reply and help me find a solution PLEASE! Am very sad 😞

Hi.  I'm a stenographer and I caption a lot of college classes on zoom both using and not using the API token.  My captions used to roll  up as three lines.  Now, if I'm lucky, I get one and a half lines, then the captions will pop off a new one and a half lines will roll up.

 

As far as I can tell, I have changed absolutely.  It's frustrating so any help would be sincerely appreciated.
