I am running Windows 10 on an Intell i5-5200U Dell Inspiron 5548 laptop. Zoom does not launch a Join or Host meeting. When clicking on either, they both go blank and nothing further occurs. This happened after updating Zoom last November. I had temporary success by making some changes in CMD admin mode DOS window. Now that doesn't work either with the latest update. What can be done?

I tried upgrading my zoom account but I couldn't, please help I have a meeting tomorrow
I can no longer receive verification codes to access my Pro account because I don't have access to the old email address which I was suing when I set up the pro-account. Will Zoom take a payment for this account automatically on the anniversary of setting up the account? I can't get into the account to change email details so I don't received notifications from Zoom.

I need to check my last meetings with another user. Where can I find the past meetings and duration of them? (2021-2022).
If the other person is paying the zoom services, can I also see the chat after the meeting? In this case, where?
