I have encountered a frustrating situation in that the Zoom Home Page appears differently depending on the browser used. I personally use FireFox in Windows, however, some of our users use Chrome or even a different OS (Mac) . Those that do are presented with a different home page that does not look the same as the one in Firefox nor does it have the same options. Why? How can i document how to setup and host a meeting if the process is different depending on browser type? Is there a way to ensure that all see the same thing when they go to www.zoom.com?

I am a senior with just a basic plan, not used often; however, this weekend we are having a "Celebration of Life" for my son who died from cancer in April 2020 in Canada. We want to allow people from all over to participate, and it may go 2 hours. Is there a way with just a basic plan to have a one-time longer zoom call? Thank you.

Why can't I just email Zoom. For a communications company his system is incredibly Byzantine and actively discourages communication. All I want to ask is for Zoom to add a mute button to video conferences, where a participant can mute the speaker. Many thanks Kevin

Hi,
I'm setting up Zoom MFA, however it merges with Samsung's Cloud Services MFA. Is zoom using Samsung's services?
If so, I'll be labeling my MFA as such.
Thank you.

I just read an article that Firefox, Google, and others will release version 100. Many companies did not prepare their websites to handle browsers over two digits. Why? Just, why? And you didn't see it coming? You couldn't prepare as we did with Y2K? I can't use Web Client, which I prefer!! Now I am forced to use your app, which you want!

Were given the instructions that are attached by Zoom (I think) in order to set up the "automatic" creation of chat channels through SSO. I have run through them multiple times and they are simple and I have followed them exactly, yet I don't see the new channel allocated to the user when they sign in. Nothing in the logs either.
Anyone using this successfully?

I tried the zoom test & it works fine, but when I log in using the app on my PC - it tells me that it's unable to connect to the network (even though I am online), check your network connection & try again. I tried uninstalling the app, restarting the computer, turning wifi off & back on again. I also tried logging into zoom using firefox & MS Edge, but I receive the error messages: error: http 503 service unavailable & error: http 503 error respectively. I actually used zoom for a meeting an hour ago. Logged out & now can't get back in for my next meeting. Any help / suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
