Can't reserve desk using QR code on Workspace

I got workspaces set up fine. Uploaded a floor map, setup desk and uploaded pictures (fancy), and got way finding working. Printed out the QR codes for my test desks. I can reserve from the Workspace desktop app, mobile app, and printed out QR code. ...
