I´m Gabriel.. I have a Pc with windows 10 Pro,  that has a RALLY Logitech Camera and 2 televisions connected and I want to install the zoom rooms and and also I have an ipad that I also want to install the zoom rooms to share and that the partipants in my conference room can they present, is it possible?

I changed some settings and for the life of me can't seem to find a way to unmute the waiting room when I'm in a meeting. I have the waiting room set up, and once meeting starts I don't want to have to manually let people in so used to click "Enable Waiting Room" on the security tab?

What do I do to get it back online working?

Im trying to get the CRC working with our Cisco Webex and SX80 endpoints.

For the moment im just trying to focus on deployment with the SX80 before moving on to the WebEx Room  unit.

I did setup an O365 calendar resource which shows synced and watched to the unit. Connection status shows Synced and is Provisioned.

However, when I add a meeting via outlook I am unable to get the room to auto connect, show one touch join, or even list the event on the factory touch panel. the calendar window is blank.

When I add the event i am using the outlook Zoom meeting plugin to generate the link.

The PMI I assigned to the Cisco unit does show for starting an instant meeting so that confirms that the CRC is talking to it.

Any suggestions on what I am missing?

When I forward meeting invites to meeting rooms, I don't get confirmation emails that the meetings were accepted.  The meetings don't appear in the Zoom Rooms Controller app on the iPad or Zoom Rooms app on the Mac Mini.

However, if I create new meetings and invite the rooms as participants, that works fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

There used to be an option under Zoom Room dashboard for us to download the report of number of rooms checked-in and released, now that option is missing from the dashboard. 

How do I get the option back or pull a report of the released rooms because of missed check-in?

I'm trying to use a Sony A7rii via hdmi, into a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G, then out from that via Thunerbolt 3 into MacBookPro.

Using Blackmagic  software 'BlackMagic Media Express' I can see that there is definitely audio being sent down the HDMi cable with the video.

On Zoom, the picture is fine (though I had to change the software version as it did not initially work on version 5.9, it works on 5.86 and 5.10.1) but when Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3G is selected as the mic source there is nothing.

Does anyone have any idea of a solution?  I'm wondering if there is another earlier software version that it might work on.

We have a mix of Pro and Basic accounts and are trialing a Zoom Room. If a Basic user creates a meeting and invites  the Zoom room, are they still limited to a 40 minute meeting? I suspect the answer is yes, but I wasn't sure if the Zoom Room changes the calculus at all.

I have seen the specifications page for Smart Gallery for Zoom rooms, We have rooms with Logitech Rally cameras and zoom rooms running on i5 windows 10 machines (couple years old) but when i enable multi camera mode. The Smart gallery never loads on the to the controller. I can stream two cameras at once this way but want to try Smart Gallery, wondering if i am missing something here or there is a compatibility issue?
