We have just started using Zoon Phone.  When we call to external numbers, the line connection is always cut after 15-min call. We are investigating the network setting, device setting, client PC setting related, etc in order to remove the call time limit. However we cant resolve it, so far. We really appreciate if you have such experiences and advise us of the solution.

Hi All,

 

We use Zoom phone system and have the pro account. The SMS tab has appeared on our phone system today which i assume means SMS via Zoom phone is now available in the UK - I have tried to use this but have the following issue, attached. 

 

I have checked our users and it says user isn't able to use SMS even though it's been enabled at admin level, can any tell me why or if it's not yet live in the UK even though the SMS tab is there?

I have a several questions to decide if Zoom phone is worth it. Please help if you know the answers to the next questions: 

1. Unclear what "Direct dial number" means, local number? it did say that it can port up to 100 local numbers, and that the process takes few days, so for every country we call we will have a different number on their display? need more insight on this subject.

2. "optional add on - unlimited calls to 18+ countries" which 18+ countries? how much does this add-on cost ( **starting** at 120$ is not a precise number)

Sound a tone when participants join Personal Audio Conference

We would like to use our Personal Audio Conferences to host 100% call-in meetings (no video component at all). Is there a way to set them up so that an audible tone is heard by the host (and/or all participants) when someone joins the call?

ieri ho scaricato Zoom e ho provato ad importare i contatti dalla mia rubrica, ma quando inserisco il mio numero di cellulare spunta una finestra che dice <<Fornisci il numero di telefono corretto>>.

 

Il numero di telefono è corretto ovviamente, è possibile magari che il sistema lo veda collegato ad un altro mio account Google, con il quale ho fatto accesso automatico tempo fa? Se si, in che modo posso risolvere? Anche se, su quell'account anche spunta il numero, quindi magari non è nemmeno quello il problema, anzi... quando faccio la procedura con quello, mi dice la stessa identica cosa.

 

Quindi, in che modo è possibile risolvere?

volevo sapere se Zoom permetteva di trasmettere durante una conferenza un file audio e nello stesso tempo di poter parlare  senza che si sentisse nella conferenza.

I am unable to phone your helpline as my old phone doesn't support "pound" signs. Every other help line in the UK works perfectly well. Why is yours so hard to access. Surely the main thing about support is that it should be easy to access. I would l... Show more

I would like an answer to why the time menu on the the meeting schedule page doesn't function

Is anyone here a reseller or have the need to help manage various company's systems for phone and/or meetings? It seems a single email cannot be attached to more than one company at a time. So, how you are all doing it? Screen share with the customer... Show more

Is anyone here a reseller or have the need to help manage various company's systems for phone and/or meetings?  It seems a single email cannot be attached to more than one company at a time.  So, how you are all doing it?  Screen share with the customer is less than ideal in most cases.  Email aliases for each client seems a possible work around.  I hope Zoom is giving consideration around this.
