I am a reseller/installer and need to get an analog fax working, but the only supported adapters from Audiocodes and Poly are not possible to obtain currently due to supply chain issues.. I have searched, but not found info on trying to get unsupport...

Well that explains it. I had the impression it was available now while reading the support article about it. On my phone it has the option for templates, but loads a blank page. On MacOS there is no template button I can find at all.

I don’t think so. They can dial the number but then can’t dial any tones. A work around would be to have that caller call someone with any (non rotary) phone instead and then have that person transfer the call to the zoom number and dial the digits f...

Have you tried any troubleshooting like closing and restarting the app and/or restarting the phone? Has this always been the case since first installation of the app and first use or did it work fine and this started happening at some point?

There is no Apple Watch app still. You can just mirror notifications like most apps. You could forward calls to your mobile number and answer on the watch though. Maybe based on a schedule when you would like it that way.
