Hello, recently upgraded to NZ/AU Regional Unli Calling and I can't seem to make phone calls still to Melbourne. It says it's not available in my plan. Also, I have attached a screenshot here, there is no assigned number yet, can this be the cause of the issue? Not also sure if I have completed the setup on my end. Pls advise

We want to download the phone usage data from the Zoom Phone area of the Dashboard. Meetings has an Export to CSV option in the meetings list. Is there an option for exporting the phone data? It looks like it captures some really useful data but to really make use of it we need to be able to sort, filter, massage the data to provide relevant information.

 

I hope there is a way to do this and I am just missing it.

Web interface disabled on Polycom phones once provisioned to Zoom?

Since when did the Polycom built in web interface get disabled when the phone is provisioned to Zoom?  I can't even access the advanced settings in the phone to turn it on!  The advanced settings have been removed as well!

Large volume difference between Text to Speech prompts and any of the Default Zoom prompts

The TTS prompts are about 1/2 the volume of the default Zoom prompts.

When caller presses 2 and gets transferred to Q, the initial greeting prompt is jarring and very loud compared to the AR prompt

We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones.  It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.  

 

I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?  Directions for me to look?

The Zoom app update 5.8.3 for Zoom Phone Appliance stopped showing the External Contacts on Yealink Zoom Phone Appliance VP59 devices (HaaS). These contacts were setup on the Zoom portal under Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings > External Contacts and appeared correctly under version 5.8.0.

Lost access to zoom phone

I purchased Zoom United, three licenses. Ported an existing phone number and got two new numbers. Worked well for several days. On Friday we were not able to access "phone" it is no longer an option under ADMIN, nor in any of our three profiles. Issued a ticket on Friday, I tried several of the techs' suggestions and nothing has resolved the issue. We've been without phones for four days and I can't get anyone to respond to me. I waited for two hours on a live chat for a phone call from Tier 2 tech. Finally ended chat. No call, no solution. Suggestions?

I was curious how many updates Zoom has had in the past month. I recently had some connection issues, so I updated the app on my iPhone. Not long after, I had an issue whereby someone was unable to call me via Zoom; it came through as a ‘Notification’ only, not as an actual call with a ringtone. My technical support person told me I needed to update Zoom on my phone again. Just curious how many updates there have been lately, and how often I should simply update on a regular basis?
