Hello, 

This may seem like a silly question but I can't seem to find an answer for this: how do I forward a voicemail in the desktop app and phone? Our receptionist reviews the voicemails but can't forward them onto the intended recipient. 

In the Zoom application I am able to view/play/delete the voicemail but can't seem to forward it other than by downloading and sending the file. 

In the Zoom phone app I am able to forward using a litany of apps installed on my phone but unable to share it with Zoom. I click "Share with Zoom" and it asks if I want to start a meeting, odd! 

Any suggestions? or Can I make a request for a new feature?

I have 3 new Trio 8800's that are doing the same thing. We configured them for use with Zoom. Every morning when we come it has a prompt on the display to set the admin password. This will also happen if I unplug the phone and have it reboot. Same behavior if I issue a software update from the screen. I think what is happening is that every night the phone is checking for software updates and then reverts to the reset password screen. It is running the latest firmware that Zoom supports 7.0.1.1144. If I try to update to the latest firmware from the Poly site it reverts back to the Zoom level.

Any ideas?

Is there any way to see if there is a possible update that will allow you to search for previous texts and see the threads without having to type the persons name/number and start a new message only to see older threads. Scrolling takes too long to find the thread and scrolling lags so much its insane how slow it is just to scroll back 2+ days. Thank you in advance!

We’re porting across our numbers this month and finishing configuring the system this week. 

Most users will have their own voicemails as well as access to at least one call queue and it’s respective voicemail. 

I can foresee an issue where somebody will read a voicemail not meant for them, and it would be preferable if they can mark that voicemail as unread.  

Is it possible, and if not, how do we submit a feature request?

I have a VVX 411 paired to a VVX D60 DECT handset.  When I first provisioned it to Zoom the D60 would ring and take calls.  Now it doesn't ring and when I dial on it there is nothing but silence.  The handset can see the number of messages on the 411 and appears to be paired just fine otherwise.  Likewise on the 411 the paired icon shows in the upper right corner.  Something with Zoom provisioning config has broken this.  Is anyone else using a D60 paired to a VVX?

Does everybody know if there is a way to import contacts from Iphone to Zoom? I use Zoom Phone via my Mac and it doesn't have my contacts unless i use the app via my Iphone.

I wanted to import my whole Iphone contact list into Zoom but cant seem to figure out how?

I'm an admin for a company whom is new to using Zoom Phone.

We have several licenses amongst employees.

Half or so of the employees here have local phone numbers for calling out of the office to the US/Canada using the unlimited US/Canada license within Zoom Phone.

The other half just have extensions from the main company line (a toll-free number) and only have a basic Zoom Phone license.

How would the second half of employees go about dialing out from the main line? Is that possible with a basic Zoom Phone license?
