Hello all. I am in desperate need of someone's help. I have missed both of my zoom training calls as they were at ungoddly times of the morning, i.e. 1:00 AM!!! Anyway, I'm sure one of you master users could help me.

 

I have an unlimited single line plan. When I try to assign the plan the option is not available, nothing is. But I keep getting emails that I haven't assigned my plan so I know I have it.

 

Plus I have other questions on how this all works.

 

PLEASE can someone help. I'm happy to do a zoom meeting and we can share screens or just a call. PLEASE and THANK YOU!!

Contacts requests are not seeing my inviations so I cannot add anyone to my contact list.

 

Invitations that I make to individuals are not being received, so I cannot add anyone to my contact list.  I am the owner of the account and I have no admin, and I am running zoom on Mac IOS.  Can anyone tell why I cannot send  invites?

Zoom Phone Integration with Groove

We currently use Groove to connect Gmail & Salesforce, and to track call kpi's, and join in on calls remotely. Looking for info on how Zoom Phone & Groove Intersect.

Good day! We got problem with blocked account (our company paying for pro licens). But today we got problem with account login due to "unusual login from a device or location we don't usually use" and system asked to check e-mail with password it sent. But there is no e-mails. Tried many times to resend code - same problem, no code on e-mail. We checked a lot of times e-mail is correct and it works (sent few test letters), "Spam" folder is empty, same as "Deleted". How can we get back access to our account?

Is there any place we can go to see the status of feature requests?  I'm a new phone customer, and I've submitted about 7 or 8 requests to my dedicated support representative, and I feel like they go off into the ether never to be spoken of again.

A place where you can input, see the status of, and ultimately whether it's being adopted and when the expected implementation if it is adopted (along with other pertinent information like difficulty, final spec., which license type it will apply to...etc.).

Otherwise I feel like I'm wasting my time writing up what I feel are features and enhancements only to never hear about them again.  

It might also be helpful to publish these requests to be voted on by the community.  then you'd know for sure what the customer wants (and isn't this really the most important thing?).

Transfering a voicemail on IPhone

I don't seem to be able to transfer a voicemail rec'd on the Zoom phone app to another coworker. I'm using an IPhone and the option doesn't come up. My coworker uses a Samsung and she has the option to do so. I can only transfer the VM to a text mess... Show more

I don't seem to be able to transfer a voicemail rec'd on the Zoom phone app to another coworker.  I'm using an IPhone and the option doesn't come up.  My coworker uses a Samsung and she has the option to do so.  I can only transfer the VM to a text message, email, or a few other various apps.  But I would like to transfer to a Zoom extension.   Is there a setting I need to change?

I am located in Chicago, IL and I have a meeting set for people located in West Virginia to call into. However, there is no number listed for their location. The closest to them is the Washington DC phone number. Does anyone have an info on this?

When I linked my cloud contacts to Zoom phone/SMS, I selected Read access only. I'd now like to modify to read/write permission. Is that possible? Alternatively - can I bulk delete my these contacts and reconnect contacts with read/write permission. ... Show more
