When I linked my cloud contacts to Zoom phone/SMS, I selected Read access only. I'd now like to modify to read/write permission. Is that possible? Alternatively - can I bulk delete my these contacts and reconnect contacts with read/write permission. thank you

How could I set ringtones from different speaker?
I has 2 speaker ,earphone and speaker,I dont always wear the earphone 。
So I want the ringtones can come from another speaker.
Does Zoom Phone support video calls on handset phones? We have some Polycom VVX 600s and with our last provider, I could make a video call to others in my office that had those phones. Has anyone been able to figure out if Zoom Phone supports that, and how to turn it on?

Does anyone know if there is a way to alert the recipient of a warm transfer that the transfer is complete? Our previous system had a tone alert once the call was connected so the user knew they could begin speaking.
Zoom phone set up with package assigned to users. On Zoom phone app, when trying to place a test call, get message that the service plan does not support calls to the destination. Calling US number. This is VERY frustrating.

I recently setup a Zoom account to enable VoIP phone calls. I assigned myself a number and when setting it up also had to choose an extension that is now registered as my business number. So when I know call the phone number I want to use for my business, it can only be connected if the caller knows the correct extension. Is there any way to get rid of this extension requirement? Is it possible for an external caller to just call the number and be put through without having to add an extension? I have a large group of elderly people who will access my business, and the requirement for extensions etc is very confusing for them.
