We added new licensed users for our Zoom Pro account and has completed the recommended Zoom and Calendar integration set-ups, but his status has not updated. He is not appearing on the official Zoom account list and cannot be set as the main host for meetings via Google calendar. How do we update their accounts?

Whenever I try to add a zoom meeting to an invite, it wants to email me a verification. Problem is that I’m in my email program (Outlook) have a new invite window open. If I close that to go look at the verification email, I have to start over again, which requires a new code from email. Endless loop of pain and frustration. It renders the integration useless. Can the verification be shut off? Also, I’m a “pro” user, and can’t get technical support? What!?!?!?

Hi, I used to take my zoom calls through samsung galaxy fold 5 as my Microsoft 365 calender(Company) integrated with zoom. Today onwards Calender stopped syncing and it is showing calender is disconnected. I reconnected the calender with company credential at end it is given message that request access to adminstrator. once I did that , I got messge "Request for access to Zoom received" on official email. There is no clarity on which adminstrator it went in for approval. Now I am unable to access my zoom calls from my mobile zoom app. I have latest zoom app download on my mobile. Also through desktop I did the same process as described above with same result. Due to the unnecessary addition of authentication issue , zoom is now unusable through mobile. Let me know if there is any resolution.

We currently use the Zoom integrated app for outlook so that users can create Zoom meetings on their IOS devices. However when they attempt to sign in some users get a white screen after signing into the 365 SSO page. I can't recreate this on a test device i have. SSO works fine otherwise. I can sign in via SSO on desktop apps, my test iPad, and on the website. Has anyone ever seen an issue like this?

All of a sudden my old reliable Zoom account became "Zoom Workplace" and my emails are listed and I'm getting very annoying pop-ups every time I receive an email (all day!!!) which I can't turn off. How do I detach Zoom from my emails and how do I stop the pop-ups?

With the July 2024 update, the calendar view on the right hand side of the window is constant and I'm not seeing a way to remove this. Anyone know how to remove/disable this from the view?
Zoom version: Version: 5.16.10 Apple devices: latest OS's My devices have their clocks set to Australian Eastern Standard Time (switching to Australian Eastern Daylight Time for summer) - ie +10 or +11 hours in relation to UTC. Zoom preferences pick up this time setting. I receive Zoom meeting invitations from various sources which display the meeting time in the email. But when recorded in Zoom and my Apple Calendar the times are recorded as UTC - ie 10 or 11 hours later than local time. eg today an invitation for 9:30 on Saturday was recorded for 10:30pm on Friday. It appears that the Zoom invitations lack time zone information for Apple to use in processing the invitation in my devices. Any comments?
