When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end).

As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either.

However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar.  I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to solve this problem for my Surface Pro. I know it's probably just a quick setting change but I'm struggling to find the answers from Google searches.

My question is: How can I get my Zoom App on my Surface Pro to replicate what is happening on my Macbook?

Thank you all and please let me know if you have any clarifying questions.

There seems to currently be no way to add multiple Google Calendars using the "Calendar and Contacts Integration" option under Account/Profile/Others/Calendar and Contacts Integration. You can only edit your google account and choose one or another. This does not work as I get Zoom invites on two google email accounts and I need all my invites from both accounts to show up in Zoom. Please add an "Add Another Account" option.

I have never done this kind of thing before however, I'm kind of desperate. I am a Zoom client who uses Zoom for personal family/friend Zoom meetings as well as setting up meetings for some community groups of which I am a member. Since installing Windows 11, I am unable to connect my Zoom account to my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. I use MS Office 365 and it is a personal account. If I try to connect the Calendar when I open the Zoom app (on my pc laptop) I am instructed to log into my Office account. The problem is, as I wrote above,  I have a personal account with Microsoft Office 365 not an educational or business account.

From what I've been reading through my online searches for a solution, this is a problem for many and seems to stem from Microsoft and not Zoom. However, I would think that Zoom would want this problem solved for your clients such as myself. I've been a Zoom customer since mid 2020, and have been a MS Office 365 client since it first has been offered. This is an extremely frustrating situation. There are times when I have over 50 people that need to receive the Zoom invitation for a meeting. Having to type each address individually is ridiculous.

Any solutions or suggestions will be appreciated.

And says:

Zoom account exists!

This Zoom account is already integrated by Howard Whiteson in True Self Sales.
Please remove that integration to continue.

Where do i find that integration? Is it inside zoom or inside GHL? I have deleted the integrations in my profile. and changed my calendar integration to google - but I'm really confused by this.

Any help much appreciated
Howard

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings?

Zoom Licensed user

I've linked zoom to my gcal for business. In fact, I just went and refreshed it.

On the home view: No events scheduled.

On the calendar view: Events.

Scheduling has occurred from:

* Schedule a meeting on the home page

* In Fantastical (linked to my business gcal which has join button on events

* Via Zcal which has access to the same calendars

I can't for the life of me figure out why zoom isn't talking to it's own dashboard.

My office has a number of Zoom Room licenses that are associated with a number of M365 resource rooms. When creating a Zoom Meeting, users are using the Zoom for Outlook plug-in, signed in with an account that has delegated scheduling permissions within Zoom to each of the Zoom Room "users", and selecting the name of the room from the "Schedule for" dropdown in the settings of the plug-in to create the meeting, then adding the Resource Room to the attendees or location so that the meeting shows up on the calendar for that room.

This is currently the only way we have found to consistently get the "Start" option on the meeting room's controllers rather than "Join", so the meeting utilizes the Zoom Room license for the meeting rather than the account used to schedule the meeting's license. This allows us to avoid concurrent meetings on the same license.

Is there a better way to set this up so that meetings held "in the Zoom Room" always use the Zoom Room's license, regardless of if it's delegated or not?
