We added new licensed users for our Zoom Pro account and has completed the recommended Zoom and Calendar integration set-ups, but his status has not updated. He is not appearing on the official Zoom account list and cannot be set as the main host for meetings via Google calendar. How do we update their accounts?

@eachang - Are you saying you are unable to schedule on the new user's behalf when booking through Google calendar?

Hi, yes after integrating zoom & calendar we still cannot make him as the zoom meeting host in google calendar. How do we update that? 

All we can do is just make them as alternative hosts but not the main host.

If you want to schedule for him, you would need make sure that you are listed as an approved scheduler for him in Zoom.  You will find those in his profile when he signs in at the bottom.

Hi, can we ask how to gain access or guide to do so. We have their google calendar access as well.

They have the admin access in Zoom as well. But still cannot make them as meeting host. How to do this?
