How do I allow zoom to access my outlook calendar but NOT MY EMAIL. I don't know how my email was hijacked but it doesnt' need to go in to Zoom. I want calendar accessible NOT EMAIL
I am receiving daily emails that I cannot unsubscribe from with zoom meetings that are automatically being added to my calendar. It is from spam emails and it is clutter my inbox and calendar. Is there anyway to get these emails to stop without blocking zoom as a whole? By blocking zoom that would also block any valid zoom invites from meetings that I would want to attend.

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings?

None to see with the location but ultimately zoom verification codes never arrive to my outlook account, I am trying to do an account for a future languages learning academy and need to make tests as well. Any solution?
Since a couple of weeks back, when I schedule a meeting I don't get the option to open it in iCal. After clicking send it just disappears and I don't even know it's scheduled in Zoom, if the invite has been sent to the attendee or if it's been synced to my iCal like before. Turns out it hasn't been sent to the attendee and it isn't synced to iCal but it does show up as scheduled in Zoom . Anybody know how to fix it?

How come nowadays when I create a meeting I don't get an invite that I can paste into email and send to another person? Instead I'm directed to Google calendar. This is useless to me and provides no copy and paste option.
The recent update on May 19 completely took away the ability to choose which external calendar to export meetings to. I'm signed into Zoom through Gmail since Zoom doesn't support personal Outlook accounts (I no longer have an organization account), but my familiarity is with Outlook calendar and everyone I'm still working with is using Outlook calendar, which makes it easier for me to just create a Zoom meeting, select the Other calendars > Outlook option, and then use that to send the invite through my 'personal' Outlook account. But the recent update removed that feature and now forces me to ONLY use Google Calendar. I DO NOT WANT TO BE SENDING MY MEETING INVITES THROUGH MY GMAIL ACCOUNT, because it's strictly personal--the Outlook account is "personal" but is really my work account, I just do not have an organizational account anymore. This is the most bizarre "update" ever. I can't just create a new account on Zoom to integrate with my Outlook account because guess what, my Gmail-Zoom account is PAID. Can anyone help? Especially Zoom staff, if they ever see this?

Hi, Struggling to find an option that lets me email people with a scheduled zoom link, allowing them to add an .ics or add to calendar link. The pages and instructions I've followed don't seem to give current advice. Such as: Enabling webinar email ICS calendar attachments (zoom.com) But there is no .ics option in any of my settings... Looking at previous options that suggest scheduling it as a recurring event hasn't proved successful for me either. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Getting this error (title) every time my client tries to schedule a meeting via Outlook. Anyone encounter this error before and know how to fix?
I don't have gmail (free nor paid) or o365 (free nor paid). I use a regular IMAP email service. Here is a KB I tried without success: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063688 I purchased zoom because of the features below: The Zoom Mail and Calendar Clients allow you to view and manage your emails, as well as schedule and manage your calendar events, directly from the Zoom desktop client, further centralizing all your meeting, phone, chat, whiteboard, email, and calendar needs in one application. HOW?
What are Zoom Mail and Calendar?
