Hi all, 

I am running my registration report, after my meeting, and it is not letting me see the participant information, even though they all registered for the meeting.  I am assuming this is because we are HIPAA compliant zoom but wondering if any way to turn on to see participants (they are not patient/clients)?  Thanks!

Hi, when I am sending Zoom invitations for meetings via my business account, the recipients get the invitation with my private email address. But I have never put my private email address in my business Zoom account. When I change it manually, the recipients do not get the invitation. I am loss. Can anyone help?

I am setting up training sessions using zoom conference. I would like recordings to be available only to people who registered for that particular session for 7 days. I have used tracks to align with sessions and tickets.

• can this be done or does everyone see all recordings?
• can I see in reports who viewed to the recording and for how long?
• while I want complimentary access to recordings to drop for registrants after 7 days I don’t want them to delete from my account in  case I need to reference them going forward 
• do I set end dates on the sessions or does conference automatically know when the session is completed so it will send recording email out to attendees NOTE; conference sessions go over many months

Additionally,

• I have a business account. How do I get a real person to engage with me for approx 15-30mins our sales guy has gone radio silent.

Hi everyone, 

We're holding a Zoom conference in September on Zoom events.  We're offering both a paid for ticket option and a free ticket for our stakeholders.  I've created the free ticket and set it to only be available for people we invite.  I've added a couple of people to the guest list for the free ticket and that's been fine, but now I keep getting a red "Server error" alert come up at the top of the screen when I try to add anyone new and then the invites aren't sent, the guest list just reverts back to the original two guests I'd added. 

Any ideas as to why this is happening?  Would really appreciate some guidance!

Hi everyone, I'm batch uploading sessions to ZE using the CSV template. The interface will give you a message when fields are left blank (e.g. "'Track' left blank line 30" or "Duplicate user" if you leave speaker email address blank) but there are other times when it only gives you "Validation failed. Validation failed."

I've been going nuts importing line by line and still can't figure out what is causing the issue. I checked and none of my descriptions go over the 5000 char max.

Moreover, I'm not sure at this rate that it's any faster than manually entering each session and that fills me with despair since it took a super long time to populate the CSV. 

Does anyone have a clue what could be happening?

When delegates click on the emailed link, they are taken to Zoom. They log in to Zoom and then arrive at a home page that instead of showing a Register button are shown a greyed-out Invite Only button? My settings are set to those with the event link can register. So why cannot people register?

One of my colleagues began recording a zoom meeting last night (July 10, 2022) but failed to stop the recording before signing off.

As a result the recording is listed as "Processing Recording..."

What steps are available to stop the recording? I need to download and archive it elsewhere.

Today during my practice session, I was the host and rehearsing with two panelists.

I was shared my PowerPoint, then clicked on "Slide Control" to pass along control to one of the two panelists.

To my surprise, when I clicked on Slide Control, only one panelist name appeared.

Why weren't all panelists listed?
