In our original setup, we had granted certain individuals the Dashboard in order to be able to see all upcoming lessons and be able to enter anonymously (in order to evaluate the instructor, or pop in to the meeting if a student was being troublesome). This is a franchise setting - however, we had no groups set up and with the Dashboard admins could see all the meetings in the managed account, not just ones belonging to their franchise.

If I organize the franchises into groups in the system, and then determine who in each franchise would be the admin over that group and then grant them the Dashboard, will it/can it limit their dashboard view to just their group?

I am very new to Zoom Event and planning a two-day summit in October, very exciting !

I would like for the public to purchase their ticket on my website (Wordpress and WooCommerce).

This would automatically put them into a mailing list in Active Campaign.

Then, I would  email them the information to log into the Event on the day it starts.

Which setting should I use?

I'm thinking : Event should be FREE (so I do use the payments inside Zoom Events) 

Access should be restricted

But what does "I will send my  own email invitation" mean exactly ? Should I use that option as well ?

Also, once the people have been emailed their link (they get the email because they bought a product / ticket on my website, not via Zoom), what if they  forward the link to a friend ? Can their frieng get into the Event as well ?

After updating my Zoom to Windos Version: 5.11.1 (6602) and using the English-Spanish intepretation channel to speak (to interpret in a meeting), my sound volume drops gradually to the point of even being almost muted. My interpreter colleagues were all OK, it only happened in my channel. I am using a Sennheiser SC165-Jack3,5  headset. It had never happened to me before and I was thinking if it could be due to the software updating, Could anyone help me to fix this?

I will be running an event with 250 participants, this will be split into 4 separate sessions as time slots

e.g 10:00-10:30 I will need room a) &room b) to run at the same time, 10:30 - 11:00 rooms a) &b) and for attendees to be able to choose which session they would like to attend.

How many attendees can i have in the main meeting and how many will be allowed per breakout room?

Buenas tardes yo me inscribí a una reunión Zoom, tengo el enlace, el id de la reunión y el código de acceso, pero por motivos de tiempo no pude ingresar. El tema que iban a tratar era interesante, y lo que yo quisiera es poder acceder a esa reunión grabada, alguien puede ayudarme cómo poder ver ese video ya que tengo todos los accesos pero por falta de tiempo no pude ingresar.

I downloaded a cloud recording of a Q&A I did.  Audio of two of the questioners was silent on the recording but I could hear them on the call.   Can this be fixed.? Should I be afraid to use zoom for events where I need to record?  I've not had problems before.  I was in focus mode.
