Hi, Zoom Events seems to be having issues with assigning individuals into breakout rooms. When setting up breakout rooms during the live meeting, we also like to manually assign people to the room they need to be in. However, we've noticed that there is always a handful of people who do not show up on the list to be assigned and are unable to assign them to a room overall. Trend seems to be that people who join the meeting via the WEB PORTAL can NOT be assigned to a room. The people who joined the meeting via the web portal still can NOT be assigned even when we set to "automatically assign" attendees into random groups. I know this has been an issue that other users have experienced, but I'm not seeing any posts about it which is very surprising! I hope we can fix this glitch soon as interactive breakout rooms are a major component to all our events! Thank you, Aileen

Can I set up the settings so the only thing on a screen is the active speaker? We do hybrid meetings and have a screen set up for the people in person to see the presentation and a separate screen to show the people speaking on zoom. Currently, when you speak, you also see the shared screen. I'd like it, if possible to show only the speaker so it takes up the full screen.

Вот такое сообщение мне ни о чем не говорит, любые попытки получить обратную связь от человека не увенчались успехом, боты ничего не помогают. Подскажите как решить проблему или как достучаться до поддержки чтобы пообщаться с живым человеком, а не с ботом.

Hi there. How do I set up weekly zoom call that people can sign up for for a fee? Basically if I was hosting a weekly zoom meeting and I want to charge attendees $5 or a package for 6 months, 1 year... is there a way to do that on zoom or I would have to use a their party? Thank you!

Hi, After a 3hr meeting I got a 1hr recording and two files that did not convert. I did tape as usual with a few pauses in between during breakout rooms. The only difference is my collaborator was a co-host and tried to record. Her recording did not work at all. How do I convert the rest?! Thanks for your help!

Hello, I am organising a medical workshop. I wish to broadcast 2 x live surgeries using laparoscopic stations that will be connected to 2 laptops with zoom access. I want my virtual audience to be able to view both surgeries live and switch on or off the audio of the desired surgery. Is it possible in Zoom? Is it possible to create 1 zoom meeting id and broadcast the 2 surgeries at the same time? Thanks for your help and guidance. Alex

I am setting up a virtual conference using zoom events, which will run multiple simultaneous sessions. Can the hosts of those sessions also create breakout rooms during their individual sessions?
I don't see where you can download the participants in my Zoom sessions. Is there a way to do it and what's the path because everything I have tried has come up blank.
Hi! I'm planning a multi-day, multi-track hybrid event, relying on Zoom Events as a platform. I'll need to sell tickets on my website (mostly to comply with local regulations to issue VAT invoices). Q: How do I control access to my Zoom Event to those who have purchased a ticket through my website? I assume I can send out an automated email to purchasers with a link to the Zoom Event. So far so good, but how do I make sure non-eligible people don't join? I sthere a way to add a list of eligible emails that are allowed to access the event? (And if so, can such a list be dynamically updated by emails of people who purchase access during the event?) Thank you, Csaba (BPconf.com)
