Anyone else experiencing problems with Zoom Events processing ticket sales?

I've had several payments received by Stripe for ticket sales to my event which opens this week but they don't show up in 'Orders' in the registration tab. Anyone else experiencing this? I have put a ticket in to support, just wondered if Zoomtopia w... Show more

FPS video display

I broadcast video by zoom (it's not screen sharing), with videos showing at 30 fps normally. But when I use slow motion videos the fps always drops to 11, 15, hurting the video display. Why does it happen? And what can I do to solve, always leave it ... Show more

sreen names all the same for event registrants

Registrants all have the same screen name when being admitted to a Zoom meeting,. They all show up withthe name of one of the meeting registrants., who wasn't on this run-through today for a 250-person meeting that will take place tomorrow. I'll spar... Show more

Registrants all have the same screen name when being admitted to a Zoom meeting,. They all show up withthe  name of one of the meeting registrants., who wasn't on this  run-through today for a 250-person meeting that will take place tomorrow. I'll spare you the details, but it's not as simple as telling everyone after they're admitted to change their screen names. Googling indicates this is a known problem, but I'm not easily finding the resolution.  I saw somewhere that instead of starting the meeting, I should instead open the meeting by joining it through my desktop app. I tested that and it didn't make a difference. I'll be happy to learn the solution. Thank you.

Will turning on confirmation emails send to people who registered previously?

If I have email confirmations turned off and decide to turn them on, will it send to folks who had previously signed up and did not receive one? Or will it only send it to new contacts going forward?

New name tag feature is not showing up in cloud recordings or audience view

I've done a few events with the new custom name tag feature found in the 'change panelist appearance' feature . We noticed that the name tags do not show up in the audience view and it also doesn't show up recorded on cloud recordings. However, it DOES show up on local recordings. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Remove attendee list from registration page

I'd like to remove the attendee list from the registration page for zoomevents. Not sure how to do this - any tips appreciated!

Question: When running Zoom EVENTS – Do all attendees have to register/login to a Zoom or other account in order to attend/access the event?
