Anyone else experiencing problems with Zoom Events processing ticket sales?

I've had several payments received by Stripe for ticket sales to my event which opens this week but they don't show up in 'Orders' in the registration tab. Anyone else experiencing this? I have put a ticket in to support, just wondered if Zoomtopia was taxing their servers or something...

So i've tested buying a ticket to my event using PayPal. PayPal accepts the payment, then refers me back to the Zoom payment page and up flashes "Not enough tickets". The order does not appear in 'Orders" in the registration tab. So there is a problem Zoom, anyone at Zoom looking at the ticket i have submitted?
