Gathering and displaying Events
Hi, I seem unable to find this feature, so I will assume I'm blind or it does not exist. I'd like to gather and display collected data from the Events that happens during a call within Contact Center. Specifically what IVR menu options a caller selects while in the flow. I know I can see this on each engagement individually, but I do not see a option to look at this data on several engagements throughout a timeframe. Does this option exists, and if it does not, are there any ways to work around this?
