Is it possible to import an attendee list in Zoom Events? We are using a registration system outside of Zoom Events and curious if we would be able to import the list of registrants into Zoom Events

Does anyone know if is possible we can see or be notified wether a member is recording with an external program?
When joining a meeting with multiple participants, my image shakes. It is distracting to the participants and I need to shut the video. Is this a problem with Zoom, the camera or Internet resources? On a recent meeting with only one participant, there was no problem.

How can we manually\automatically push out event reminders to the attendees prior to the event? We did find the listing of our attendees and you can do this individually, but we couldn't see a way to do this on an entire group scale. For example - we open the event. We want to send out an email to all attendees 3 days before the event, and another email at 7am on the morning of the event.

Good day! My organization is planning to hold a face to face event (seminar). But we are thinking of setting up a Zoom webinar to allow certain folks to watch the proceedings--and only watch, not chat, share their screens, or even see the names of other such attendees. Would this sort of arrangement be possible? Thanks in advance for your answers and inputs.

Since the March 1, 2023 update - Does anyone see the new Exhibitor tab feature - previously known as Sponsor. I cannot find it on my zoom event sign in for my new event I have set up.
Hi, I'm new to this. I've done meetings on zoom and am comfortable with that. I wanted to host a 'webinar' or seminar on zoom. However, I'd like attendees to be able to participate. Should I just host a meeting instead of a webinar? Whats the benefit to hosting a webinar?

Does anyone know if there is a way to pass information from the attendee's registration questions into the email they get after the session and/or the email they get confirming registration? I want to include the employee ID that I collect at registration in the email so they can be aware and check for errors. For context: We require employees get a certain amount of continuing education during a year. The employee ID entered at registration is how we load credit into our learning management system. It should be relatively painless but we regularly have people who have typos and then panic when it comes time count continuing education credits at the end of the year.

Hi We have two webinars due to be run at the same time on 29th March. We have 1 500 attendee webinar licence and several individual licences for hosts. Will we be able to run webinar 1 with host A and webinar 2 with host B at the same time? Also what would be the attendee capacity for each webinar - 500 per webinar or 500 across both events? Thanks
