This is such a great idea.  But it is very difficult to navigate.  Using your phone, you can't act as host, so you have to register for your own event and then it doesn't show you how many tickets you've sold or who is attending your event.  It has a circular verification where you have to continually log in and then it asks you to log in again.  

 

I'm using a secondary email to host the event that is specific to the event and then zoom sends me into a circular verification process and I end up resetting my passcode over and over again.


I wish I had just sent out a zoom link under my regular account.

I recently purchased the webinar facility on my zoom account and created a webinar but am unable to access the page with the registration link and panelist invite portion.  I am really struggling to connect with zoom support and have no idea how to raise a ticket.  Anyone have any clues?   My webinar is on Monday and need the registration link before then!

Clients in Mexico cant join my meeting

ウェビナーの参加者フォローアップメールについて確認させてください。

ウェビナーには大きく以下の2種類があると認識しています。

 ①参加者の事前登録が必要なウェビナー

 ②参加者の事前登録が必要ないウェビナー

 

②の場合に、ウェビナー後の参加者フォローアップメールを送信することは可能なのでしょうか。

この場合は出席者レポートにメールアドレスが出力されないので、メールの送付先がわからず

送れないのではと考えています。

I need old meeting attendance list

Please I forgot download a list of participants to the training meeting ocurred in 2022 Feb 18th.

I bought a Zoom webinar 3,000 participants for one month, which started yesterday. I have a webinar scheduled to take place tomorrow which I set up last month. Currently if I click on that webinar it says 'Webinar size: 500 attendees'. Will the webinar automatically allow up to 3,000 participants, or do I need to reschedule the webinar? We already have over 2,000 people registered so it would be a real headache to set up a new one. Thanks

Hello,

I scheduled a recurring webinar. The invite has been sent to a large audience. I selected the option 'Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend, ' but I would like to change this so the audience does not need to register and then join via a unique link.

If I change the settings - so registration is no longer required, do I need to update the joining instructions with a new link, and what notification do those participants receive who have already registered?
