Hey there

I am an admin of a Zoom One Pro Account (they probably call it workspace now).

And after some search I found a way to get rid of some annoying links in the Zoom meetings task bar. This works well for my account only but not for all the other accounts under that license.

Is there a special setting in my admin account for this (I didn't find one) or what else do I need to do to make this working for every account under this license?

I recently viewed a video suggesting that Zoom still allowed data available through the AI companion to be accessed and/or utilized by third party partners. Is this a fact or conjecture?  I would like to have staff in my organization utilize the AI tools to record and summarize a meeting, but the people in the C-Suite are still very hesitant to move forward without the answer those questions. Are there a large number of people utilizing the AI companion?   Are you only utilizing the AI tools when you know the content of the meeting is innocuous?

I've attempted on my own yet I'm not understanding how to resolve. I'm interested in using the AI Companion to generate meeting summaries for upcoming meetings. When I attempt to follow the article tips to enable my settings show the "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" is locked by Admin. I have a One Pro account which appears to be a feature included in my plan. Can you clarify and guide me on what is needed to remedy. Please and thank you?

Hi, I am a solopreneur with a business account so don't have other users on my zoom account. However when I try to enable Smart Recording with AI Companion it says "locked by admin" and I can't figure out where it's locked. I've double checked that I have the latest zoom version, transcript is on etc... Any ideas?

We tested the AI meeting summary feature. We were impressed - not 100% but pretty good. I shared an unedited version with a colleague via Zoom then I went and made edits. When I went to re-send to our entire team it would not re-send to the person I originally sent the unedited version to. Is there a way to fix that?

We don't want summaries being sent to all before editing.

I'm looking for tips/tricks to organize meeting summaries after they are received. I'm thinking I could set up an email inbox rule to forward them to a project management tool. I think ideally I'd like for the content to be extracted and populated into a notebook. Does anyone have any interesting ideas on extracting the content into something more manageable?
