Hello, I've turned on 2 AI Companion settings "Use screen share content with OCR" and "Use meeting chat messages" and would like to know where and how to interact with Zoom in a way that uses those settings. We recently held a meeting, which was recorded, that we had text in the chat and on the screen that was not said out loud by anyone. The text was important to our meeting, but not mentioned in the content in the AI Summary. Also, when using AI Companion in Workplace, after the meeting, it did not yield any mention of the on screen or chat text. Any insights are appreciated!

When I meet in my personal room, I get a Wonderful AI summary sent to myself and participants, in English. But I just received the AI summary sent for a scheduled meeting, and it was in Chinese. I don't read Chinese. Clearly, I have not changed any settings -- all I did was schedule a meeting for one week in the future. Any thoughts as to why the summary would come back in anything other than the language I specify I use? Thanks

Hello Recently, I've been receiving a pop-up asking if I want to start the AI Companion, which serves as a helpful reminder to begin or agree to use the companion. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the option to stop seeing that pop-up message, and now I'm no longer receiving the reminders. I’ve checked the settings but can't find a way to turn the pop-up back on. I would appreciate any guidance on how I can restore the pop-ups.
When I launch a meeting in my personal meeting room, I have to manually start the AI Companion, but that's not necessary when I create a new meeting.

I tried to create a summary of a 2 hour meeting last night but nothing has arrived in my email. So I tried a test meeting today (with just myself!) and I spoke for a few minutes having clicked "start summary" at the beginning and "stop summary" at the end. I did get an email this time, but it says "****'s Zoom Meeting could not be generated due to insufficient transcript." What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure what kind of account I have, but it is a paid for version. Thanks in advance.

When I return to a meeting on Zoom app calendar, I have the option to 'summarise the meeting' and ask 'what was discussed in the meeting' etc via the AI companion. But sometimes it says I do not have permission.
"Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access either the meeting transcript or the meeting summary."
It works on some meetings, and I am an admin and I have looked at all the permissions and cannot see anything obvious.
Any ideas?

I am an admin in my company account. I would like to switch off the "Meeting summary with AI Companion". Unfortunately, this is not possible. I get the message "Blocked by administrator". But I am the administrator. How can I switch off the summary with AI Companion? My ZOOM version is 6.4.0

I teach multiple classes per week on Zoom. All are archived as Smart Recordings. However, the inbuilt AI makes the same errors over and over, such as misspelling my name (it's the same as my user name), and mistaking my sex/using opposite pronouns. I can go into Smart Chapters and edit in the corrections, but I wonder why it never "learns" what is correct from week to week, and also why some classes are almost letter perfect - name, sex, transcript - and some are so far off...in the same ways each week. Assistance, anyone?

I'm trying to set up Smart Recording with AI Companion but when I turn on the setting, I only have one option out of four that displays under 'create with each recording', what am i missing? - we already use cloud recording - our 'create audio' transcript is also checked on Is this just a permissions thing?

How do I turn on AI companion for Zoom phone? I have it on for Zoom video meetings but I don't understand how to turn it on for phone calls. Any suggestions?
