Hello,

I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion.  I didn't record the meeting.  When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts.

Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting?  I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript.

I pay for Zoom. I host Zoom meetings. I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings. I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept. Why would... Show more

I pay for Zoom.  I host Zoom meetings.  I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.

I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings.  I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept.  Why would Zoom leave out such a powerful and useful option?  I can understand not making it available to non paying Zoom participants but come on!

How do I stop read.ai joining meetings?

I made the mistake of activating read.ai as I wanted to see how it worked - now it is causing all kinds of problems jumping into every meeting when I no longer want to use it. How do I turn it off and have it stay turned off! It's driving me and my meeting attendees nuts!

Greetings fellows Zoomies!

Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom.  The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript.  Is Zoom going to add that functionality?

Resolved! Not Automatically Receiving AI Notes

Previously the AI Companion notes were sent automatically after each call but that is no longer happening. I checked my settings to make sure I have the auto setting actia

Pronouns still incorrect

I've had my pronouns (She/Her/Hers) saved in my profile for months, but AI Companion is still misgendering me to 'he/his' in all of the meeting summaries.

 

How do I get it to pick up my correct pronouns?
