Zoom Phone AI no more diamonds or transcription?!?

I used Zoom AI transcription services in Zoom phone with success 10 days ago. Yesterday, the platform no longer shows the AI diamond selections, my previous transcriptions are "poof" gone, and now when I make a call it is no longer transcribing. I checked settings, worked with the chatbot, worked with a live agent, and reset everything. Logged in again to see if it is in place and NO it is not. Tested it this morning and NO it is not working. Seriously? What did Zoom do that messed all of this up?!?
