Hi, I've seen various posts about messages in the waiting room and sending messages to invitees when a meeting is cancelled, but my need is as follows: I run a ukulele club which uses Zoom for remote attendees. Occasionally, I need to inform members that the session isn't taking place on a particular week. The problem is that the Zoom meeting number is known by a lot of people, not all of whom I have contact details for. Therefore, I need to set up a message informing people when they enter the meeting that the session is cancelled. I don't use a waiting room as I don't want to be constantly admitting people during playing songs, as not all are able to join the sessions right at the start. Is there something like a pop-up screen that I can use to put a message on? Thanks Paul

While zooming I tried to access an online gaming website, it was legal to share in class but when I shared it the connection was not good. Is it because of my zoom settings? Should I tweak some settings? Please give me some suggestions. May I give you the link to the website where I have the image tearing problem?

zoom actualized automatically to a new version, and now my recurring meetings are not showing up, how can I recover those?
Thank you
Dear Zoom developer, Is there an option that will allow us to share screen and at the same time prevent other users to take screenshot of what we share? This feature will be very useful for some sensitive information or information with certain level of confidentiality. Thank you. Best regards, Roger

Dear Zoom Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my Zoom Pro subscription. The payment was processed on Dec 28, 2025 due to an unintended auto-renewal. I have since disabled automatic renewal on my account, and I have not used the subscription since the renewal. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.
Thank you for your assistance.

I did not intend to subscribe this term but the plan was auto-paid. I would like to get a refund for the payment that was made unintentionally.
I am going to use zoom on my samsung tablet but I was hoping to be able to see the chat screen and the video participants at the same time. I can't figure out how to do it. Please help!
I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one. The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address. There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

I recently updated Zoom on my Mac, but now it says my computer is too old for the newest version. I’m running macOS Monterey version 12.7.6.
Could someone please provide a download link or guidance for an older Zoom installer that is compatible with my system?
Thank you!

Whenever you share your screen and open anything, if you drag it to the bottom of the screen, it ends up covering the taskbar on Windows 11. This is SO ANNOYING. My computer is configured so that nothing ever covers the taskbar, and it works perfectly. But as soon as I share my screen, Zoom overrides this setting and allows windows to cover the taskbar anyway. Also, six years in, and we still have those black bars all over the screen whenever we share our screen. This bug has been known for way, way too long. Hello Zoom? Anybody home?
