Hi everyone!

In your settings: https://zoom.us/profile/setting, you can disable the Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs. This will add a Meetings tab to your navigation menu in the Zoom app and allow you to view your upcoming meetings as before.

Same-ish issue - I have a weekly meeting scheduled out for months.  The Desktop app's home screen calendar widget shows a calendar event that I have scheduled for today, but it doesn't show the Zoom meeting that is shown in that exact same calendar.  But only for the meeting scheduled today - it *does* show next week's scheduled meeting, as well as scheduled meetings in the past.

The interface for the recurring meetings periodically moves around however you should still be able to access them within the Desktop app. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule, view and join all your recurring Zoom meetings in one place.

Oh my God they've done it again!

Why do Zoom keep messing up the meetings display for recurring meetings with every update. In the past they kept breaking it so it didn't display in A-Z order.

I'm a therapist and my clients have the same link for their meetings so I use recurring meetings with no fixed date.

I guess they are trying to push integration with calendars but I don't want to do that as it breaches client confidentiality to give all that data away to another agency.

Now you can't see recurring meetings at all on the zoom app and when you log in to the online zoom they display in some random order which is again so shoddy.

The only fix I have for now is to display all my meetings (about 50) on one page and search on the web page.

All of my meetings & contacts vanished with what must be a 2025 update.  How can I get them back??
it will only allow me to manually put in email addresses. It also lost the ability to put in bimonthly meetings.

Worst 'update' ever!  IDEAS?

I have the same(ish) issue.  I have 3 recurring meetings that have been on my Zoom account for several years, but with the update, only 2 show up on the desktop app (Windows 11) - I can still see the 3rd when I go to the browser interface or the mobile app, but I use the desktop most of all.  Any suggestions?

Thank you! this worked for me.

I found the setting under the Meetings tab in settings (I was initially taken to the General tab)

I am still disappointed that this has taken over an hour of searching to find and make the change for something that was working fine and had previously served my needs. The fancy 'Workplace' changes are not needed or wanted my so many of us personal customers.

Confirmed, it solved my issue as well.

Was this removed? I cannot find this option

Hi, where in setting will I find this? as there are many tabs in settings

I don't understand why now (this week) when I set a meeting in zoom, doesn't automatically shows in my google calendar, even though my google calendar is set as my main calendar in my zoom account.

Please help me out to solve this NEW problem, I didn't have it last week.

@CarlaA - mine too have vanished.

I scheduled out to 2030. We meets via Zoom 2x every single Friday.

The meetings (I've had for years) are no longer in my Meetings and they aren't in my Zoom calendar nor my Google Calendar either.

I looked through the Community for a solution & after an hour of looking I still didn't find a solution. I've cleared my cache & cookies AND unlinked all calendar integrations. I've also signed in & out of my account and restarted my browser.

I did save the meeting links to the Notes app on my computer & they do work fine.

Carla, you are OFFICIALLY my new hero!  This works great with one additional step.  Windows11 does't actually quit the app when you close the screen, so it is necessary to right click on the task bar icon and quit the application.  The problem is fixed once you restart.

Thanks again Carla!

WHY do we need an AI Companion for something that always worked without it? Each Zoom change has made it worse!! please bring back the Zoom of 4 -5 years ago

Hello Zoom Community members!

I just want to give you an update regarding the merge meeting and calendar option.

The setting for merging the Meetings and Calendar tabs was removed from the Web portal on September 16, 2024. For Zoom Workplace app version 6.2.0 and higher, the tabs are now permanently merged to enhance visibility of calendar views and meeting details. More details on this change are available in our support article: Using the merged Meetings and Calendar tabs. Using the "Agenda" option will provide a view that is more similar to the previous Meetings view rather than a full calendar view

If you would like to submit a feature request regarding the Calendar view, you can do so using the Give Feedback tab within the Zoom client.

Thank you, and have a great day!

That's a usability disgrace.
I work with students, patients and elderly people and the current forced layout makes it VERY difficult to for them (and clunkier for me) to join recurring meetings.
Please bring back the list of recurring meetings in the main UI.

What's interesting about this update, isn't even that it's the worst user experience a meetings app could build out for themselves. It's that even Zoom web developers know how horrible it is, because the first thing to pop up when you click "Meetings" on the website, is "Upcoming Meetings" and guess what's included... Recurring Meetings. Imagine, a meetings app not having a Meetings tab on their app.
