Hello,
I don't see "Record" button during phone call. Could you please help me to enable it?
What is the best strategy to provide up to date emergency service information for an individual who has two desk phones. One desk phone is in the office and another desk phone is used nomadically as he switches from location to location. For example, one week, he might be on a construction site in Louisville, KY and the next week he might be at a construction site in Chicago, IL. Knowing the network details (public IP, private IP/subnet, etc.) is difficult and cumbersome to keep up to date. When using the Zoom Workplace app, the individual is prompted for a new location, but that doesn't seem to affect the physical desk phone. Let me know if there is a good strategy for handling this type of situation. Many thanks!

what could keep causing these issues - notice microphone not working properly with zoom. Do we need specific usb c headsets compatible with HP AIO and zoom equipment?
It would be really nice if we were able to choose where a phone call notification popped up on our screen. Currently, there is only one option: a giant white pop up in the middle of your screen while you're trying to do your job. I'm an administrative assistant and I watch several different phone lines, but I don't always have to answer them. Jabber has a very unintrusive phone call notification pop up in the lower right hand corner of the screen right above the system tray. This option needs to be added for Zoom. Apologies for not knowing what all the official technology terms are, I am not a tech person.

Hi all, How might one fix the issue of zoom provisioning every day, which removes the other SIP accounts I've added to my T46s Yealink Phone? They aren't Zoom accounts they are PBX accounts, etc. Is there a way to tell Zoom not to remove the account settings on my IP phone? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch of digging I found conflicting threads about needing a "direct" number that is not the "main company" number and having to go through the horribly slow and convoluted process of 10DLC. My number is assigned to just me and is not assigned to any other pool, main line, or group. The only thing I haven't done to troubleshoot is the 10DLC campaign setup process. I would like Zoom to confirm that you can't receive SMS messages unless the 10DLC process has been completed and if true, explain why users must go through this process to receive SMSs. 10DLC makes sense for outbound messages but I'm really shocked and disappointed if this is true for inbound messages as well. P.S. The solution of doing a "call" for 2FA codes is a non-option as half of my third party service providers don't offer call out.

I have a Polycom vvx411 and a bunch of Polycom vvx250's that all provisioned just fine. The one issue I'm having is that on the vvx411, every 10 minutes or so (or less, just a guess) the phone will show a Line:Unregistered error for about a minute, and I won't have a dial tone or phone service during that time. When I click the info button, I get a "Line Information" screen that says "Line 1: BikeShopAdmin (Not Registered)" and below it a server ending in .zoom.us that also says "(not registered 0)" and below that, a really long AOR number ending in zoom.us. I'm actually having this issue with the vvx250's as well, where the dial tone/service is cutting out every ten minutes or so for a minute, but I don't think they're showing the "Line:Unregistered" error, but considering the symptoms are the same, I believe the root cause the be the same. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears!

I have been using an Android phone and trying to get a virtual background but every time I tried it comes up with a message saying "An error occurred".
We are using Zoom with a group of older Polycom desk phones. They work fine most of the time, but periodically all phones will report as Unregistered. I have check the firewall and Internet connection and there is no disruption in connectivity. I was wondering if there a way to allow keep-alives from Zoom through my firewall without opening to many ports or IPs through.

I have two zoom phone licenses and two phone numbers for two users. After leaving my office I have tried to make outbound calls but I can't even find a dial pad to dial the number. My contacts are saying I'm not answering inbound calls but here I didn't even received a single missed call. Can anyone help me in this regard ?
