Converting Yealink MP54 Team phone to Zoom

My company purchased Yealink MP54 Team model phones instead of the Zoom model. Is there a way to convert them to be able to be used with Zoom. All I can see is Yealink VP59 model information. Thanks in advance.

logging in and out of queues in non call centers

Is it possible to have a user be able to log in and out of a call queue. For example there are 2 people assigned to a queue. On M,W,F person A takes the calls however on Tuesday and Thursday Person B takes the calls.

System Voice mail box

I want to create a voicemail box that plays a message only. So when a caller calls the number is says blah,blah,blah. Can I set it up so the number is directly to the voicemail and not a device assigned to a user or common area?
