Zoom Phone Functionality with VPN

Just set up a VPN for my computer, all Zoom functionality was retain EXCEPT phone calls do not connect. SMS works fine, Zoom calls no problem, phone is a no-go. I am a in a solo office with no IT support - so I am trying to troubleshoot as a non-tech...
