Can't answer Zoom calls with Shokz OpenRun Pro multifunction button

I have my computer paired to my Skokz OpenRun Pro headphones. Everything works great but I cannot answer the phone by pushing the multifunction button on the headphones. I need to be near the computer to answer through the screen. What am I doing wrong?

Hi methomas,

 

Since your headset is not on the list of supported usb hid devices, please disable Sync on headset setting.

 

“The Zoom desktop client for macOS and Windows, as well as the Zoom Web App, supports the following USB devices. If your audio device is on this list, enable the Sync buttons on headset setting in your audio settings. Otherwise, disable the setting.”
