Hi,

I started a meeting from the zoom room controller and recorded it.
The zoom room was the host and when we finished it sent an email with the link to the recording but there is no option to download the recording.

I added screenshots of the the email and the page of the recording.

On your website it says that we suppose to be able to download the recoding from the link but I can't find a way.

Thanks

Hi!

I have a few Zoom Room with the controller running on a Logitech TAP.

The time on the TAP controller screen is shown in 12h but the time on the screens is 24h.

The locale in the zoom room nuc computer is set to 24h and the correct timezone.

Can the time on the TAP controller screen be changed to 24h as that is what we use in Europe?

The possible usage of immersive view in psychotherapy and couple therapy meetings

Dear friends,

As a clinical psychologist I am trying to find some unique possibilities using the immersive view. I would appreciate it if people in this community will share with me some ideas on some creative way they use zoom for psychotherapy sessions. Let me share with you some preliminary ideas :

In psychotherapy we sometimes focus the attention on the interaction between the therapist and the patient. This interaction can be viewed as the “third element” apart from the therapist and the patient. In zoom meeting I am playing with the immersive view using a background ( jpg picture ) scene I uploaded so we can see ourselves sitting in the same background. Doing this I can place the participant in a way they can view each other.

See for example here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwJGFCtYrhQ

of course it is not perfect yet but It seems to me that we can develop it in such a way that it will be like two people sitting in the same room facing each other.

I will very much appreciate it if people can try it and suggest more ideas in this direction.

Thanks

Hello,

We have two TVs in each of our Zoom Rooms. Today, the Zoom Rooms PC running Windows 10 is only connected to one of them. Is it possible to connect it to both displays (assuming the PC itself supports it) so that the Zoom meeting participants can be displayed on one display while the other is used for sharing content from a laptop (either the host or any participant, remote or in the room)? If so, how do we set that up? The Zoom Rooms controllers are a combination of Android tablets and Poly Trio 8800s, by the way.

The closest thing I've found is this article but I'm not sure this is exactly what we are looking for: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360017767812-Sharing-multiple-screens-in-a-Zoom-Room

Please let me know if there is a way to accomplish this. Thanks!

Is there any features that support a hybrid meeting? Before Covid  our group met in a room with round tables with 4-5  persons/table. To hold a hybrid meeting,  I was thinking that I can purchase a tablet computer for each table running zoom as would the remote user.  The host laptop would then be attached to a data projector or large flat-screen tv and I would position a few video cams around the room.  As you all know, that would not work because of the audio feedback.  Zoom developers can fix this problem by inventing an "in-person" room group. For example, the the host would assign devices to be part of the "in-person" group.  Zoom would treat the audio of all the devices in the group as a single device.  ie. Just as the sound picked up by an individual device does not play back the sound through its own speaker,  Zoom would not play back any sound, originating in the "in-person" group, back to any other device in the group.

Anyone with other suggestions.
