Something has changed, and I need help changing it back.

I sign into my Zoom account with my business Gmail account on my Mac.  Then, I start my scheduled meeting.

But now, when I want to add a participant from within the meeting on the desktop client and I choose Gmail to invite the person, Zoom takes me to my personal Gmail account instead.  In the past, it always went to the Gmail account that is the same as my Zoom account.  How can I change that default back to my business Gmail account?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Brian

Hello,

I have been having an issue recently where when creating a recurring meeting, if needed, I am unable to change a single instance of the meeting. Whether that is changing the time of the meeting, or the optional participants of the meeting.

Either I will get no error and the change will not take effect, or I will receive error 4502 or error 3000.

My Zoom application is up to date, I have tried performing Outlook troubleshooting as well but nothing has seemed to work.

Please advise!

Thank you

I'd like to sync my Apple macOS Calendar with my Zoom MacOS desktop client. I clicked on the link to connect my calendar, and it presents me with a dialog box where I can either

  • Create Zoom Calendar
  • Sign in with Google
  • Sign in with Microsoft

I clicked Create Zoom Calendar. It then switches to my default browser and drops me in to my profile in the Zoom web client. But it doesn't give any indication of what I'm supposed to do here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

I live in both a Windows and Mac environment. I have been using the Zoom Outlook Plug in for scheduling my appoints directly from my Outlook calendar. With the latest update, the Plug In disappeared, It's impossible to use the chat bot on Zoom it goes circular and Zoom Support does not provide phone support. So my question, did Mac, or Zoom discontinue the Outlook Plug in. It works fine on the Windows Platform, albeit Teams tries to inject itself into some invites. Quite frustrating.

Please help, my email is ***********

Or respond here.

Thanks Joe
