Hi! Is there a way to see the original date a zoom invitation was sent via email, within the calendar, once the email is deleted? I need to verify the date the invitation was sent via email, but cannot find it once the original email is deleted. I only have the meeting information that is saved on the Google calendar. Thanks!

Is there an option of syncing 2 calendars into Zoom? I would like to be able to set both personal and proffessional meetings, and i have a seperate email account for each. is it possible? I have Zoom workplace Pro (most basic pro version). Would I need a different Zoom version? Thanks

Has anyone found a way to reset the status notification, so Zoom won't set it back, when a calendar event ends early and you want Zoom to show available or some other function? If you change it manually, during the window reserved for a calendar appointment (or Zoom call, etc.), Zoom automatically resets it to the calendar indicator. Thanks.

Hi, I want to be able to select a specific sender email when sending an invitation. As a consultant, I get a mailbox with the client's company domain. So I can send emails on behalf of my clients. When I schedule a meeting and invite the client's partners, the email is sent from my company's email address, which is not good. So, I want to send the invitation through the mailbox my client's company gave me. For example, if my company email is ***********. Now, all the invitations are sent through *********** via Zoom. However, I have several other emails from different clients. For example, ***********, zk@client2.com. So, I want to send the invitation through *********** for Company1 partners. How can I do that?

I am using the Zoom workplace app on iOS with a paid subscription, both updated to latest versions. I have three related issues, all related to how hard it is to add attendees to zoom events in the scheduler. 1. when I try to email an invite, I have to manually enter the addressee, despite having contacts and having emailed the same addresses before. 2. Most important: the send button on the “add attendee” email is greyed out, and nothing I do can make it become operational. I use the Gmail app on my phone and don’t have the Apple mail app. Is this the issue? This issue means I can’t send invites from the Zoom app on my phone, which is where I need to do it from. 3. as a last resort, I copy the invite so I can paste it into an email in gmail, but it loses its formatting and becomes a wall of text. undoing that is tedious and time consuming. Can anyone help? How do I open a support ticket? This email/attendee issue hasn’t been functional since I have had the Zoom app.

Hi all,
The IT department where I work set up our Zoom desktops so that we don't have to have a security setting in order to create meetings (waiting room/passcode etc). Suddenly the Zoom Outlook plug in is no longer syncing with the settings put in place by our security team, and I can't figure out why. Imagine my embarrassment when my boss calls me during his meeting to let me know that nobody can join until the host lets them in, me, and I'm not even supposed to be in the meeting. I also cannot find where to uninstall the plug-in. Instructions say to go to the apps in settings on my computer and delete the Outlook Zoom plug in there, but it isn't there. Anyone else have this issue??

Hi, I do have a very curious problem with my Zoom client along with MS Outlook: 1. Whenever I do start Zoom, Outlook is started as well 2. When I then stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) Outlook is restarting after about 10-20 minutes by itself 3. When I stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) I can start Outlook by clicking on "Meetings" at the top bar in Zoom To be honest, this is really annoying as I do use another email client and I cannot uninstall Outlook due to my company constraints. Is the above behavior actually intended? What I have done so far: - Reinstalled both Zoom and Outlook - Reinstalled Zoom Outlook plugin - disabled Outlook Integration in Zoom settings Some evironment stuff: - Windows 11 64-Bit Build 22621 - Zoom 5.17.11 - MS Office Professional 16.0.10408.20002 Thank you in advance
