I am creating an event for my organization that needs to offer a free ticket to only specific people (it's complicated because of requirements of their employer). Is there a way to easily this? I know there isn't a promo code option yet and that I could create a free ticket, but is there a way to limit who can select that option beyond just saying it is for a specific organization?

I have a university owned account. Sometimes I join a zoom meeting but does not recognize my account info (picture, name, pronouns). It is as if I have tow accounts but connected to the same email address. How do I make sure that when I join a meeting it is connected to the one account?

I am working on creating a fundraiser using Zoom events. I go through the steps to choose a nonprofit and then hit save. I am met with an error message that says not_allowed. I cannot find anything about this or how to fix it. The organization has a Pledge account. Please help!

Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook Live is stuck at preparing to live stream the meeting and showing "Connection has timed out, please try again."
Hi I am hosting an event via zoom and have set it up on Event Bright with tickets, can anyone tell me how this works, will they be sent the ID and password on the day, because , I am getting feed back saying its not on the tickets, so starting to panic now.
