On the first page of creating my event, we enter a "short description." 

 

When I go to publish - it will not because it says I have to fill in the basic information for the event. 

 

I go back and add it again and save. Again, and again, and again. It just will not stick. 

I've easily done it a dozen times - I am very frustrated. 

 

Using Chrome browser.  I also, attempted it on Safari. 

 

This is the only thing that will not stay.

Fiz uma gravação de reunião no dia 15/03/2023 as 20:30 mas ao final o aplicativo não pediu para converter a chamada, e eu não estava logada. entrei apenas como usuário e fui anfitriã. A gravação não ficou salva no computador. como recuperar?

One Time Zoom Event Use?

Hi, can someone tell me if Zoom has an option for a one-time use for an Event? I can only see a yearly subscription for Session or Events.  I need the registration functionality, however only for 1 event.

But also so that the people that are online will have loud enough music to dance to.

Required Registration Field Not Populated

Hello! A colleague created a multi-day meeting which required registration. The registration form included a custom field, Company, which is marked as required. A registrant indicated to her he was able to register for the meeting without filling out... Show more

Hello!  A colleague created a multi-day meeting which required registration.   The registration form included a custom field, Company, which is marked as required.  A registrant indicated to her he was able to register for the meeting without filling out that field.  As this field lets us know which company one of our franchisees is with, it is important for our tracking.

Has anyone had this experience?  Thanks!

Waiting Room Function Doesn't Work--People Come Directly into Meeting

I'm sure I've enabled the Waiting Room function, but everyone still comes directly into Meeting. How do I ensure they first go to the Waiting Room?

Zoom Events- Importing Attendee list

Is it possible to import an attendee list in Zoom Events? We are using a registration system outside of Zoom Events and curious if we would be able to import the list of registrants into Zoom Events
