I have a multi-day event happening and I have 200 attendees registered to attend various sessions throughout the days. Do you know if my max of 100 attendees is measured by how many people are in the lobby at that time OR for the full 3 days, if someone enters the lobby they are considered 1 of the 100? 

Wondering if anyone can help give more clarity on this: I will be running a zoom event over 2 days (May 25 Spanish / May 26 English) and if I understand it correctly, I have to create a hub for each of our two event days (May 25 Spanish / May 26 English), so that the general info in the hub is also created in the respective language.

In each of these hubs I then need to create the four sessions that will take place on that day. The visitors in turn go to the hub page, then see the four "events" and can select the current one. Is this correct?

One big problem I see with this is registration. Participants have to register separately for each session. I'm afraid they won't do that (especially since if they don't have a Zoom account they also have to verify their email for each session). Or is it the case that with the "bigger" events license for 207 EUR (100 TN) I have one registration link with which the 4 sessions are accessible?

The instructions for sharing Apple Keynote slideshows on Zoom have changed. The latest version (12.0), no longer has the Preference option "Allow Mission Control, Dashboard and others to use the screen," which is one of the key instructions on this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362963-Screen-sharing-a-Keynote-presentation.

So, what do I do now to share my screen on Zoom?

A seminar attendee has moved a cloud recording (stored in my zoom account) to her dropbox. When I try to delete the recording from my Zoom cloud storage, I get a message that the recording will be deleted from her drop box. Can the dropbox version be preserved? I have Zoom 5.14.6 on an iMac with Ventura 13.3.1(a)

Hey, how are you? I am going to host an on zoom event, an online workshop. And I have someone that is interested in attending. This person is in canada, and when I go to my onzoom event page, it says that people who join are limited to the united states. But this is when I choose the type of event to be paid. One, why am I limited to just selling tickets in the united states, when you guys have lists of countries that can come to an onzoom event according to my research. Does it have to do with, my payment portal that I am using, which is stripe? Also, can I just create a new free ticket type under my paid event, and just manually bill the person and send them a free invite. Will this allow them to enter. Please help I am paying for this service, and not able to serve my customers. 

I have been using Zoom for a long time to do group presentations. My powerpoint was working just fine. Without changing anything in the way I do things, Zoom will not show when I advnace slides. It only displays the first slide. I've tried sharing with and without "Optimize For Viseo Clips". Still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas. It's destroying my presentations.

i used my phone to attend my own zoom meeting last week. Now, every time I use zoom, I get a popup on my screen with phone numbers for me to call in. This is happening when I'm trying to record a training video and it's very frustrating. I've checked my settings and it says my microphone is working.

Please advise.

I have two different 2K mp4 videos made with my iPad. One doesn't work and I can't figure out why. Both files are about the same size at 25GB and a run time of 20min.  The one that doesn't work, I've shortened to a 5 min, 500MB video and it still doesn't work. I then shortened it to a 1 sec video and it *worked*.  A two min version doesn't work. 

What's happening here? I'd like the video loops to run 10-20 minutes.  I'd settle for 2-5 minutes. But this one video only works as a 1s video.  Has anyone seen this before?
