I scheduled a meeting and it seems to have vanished from my zoom calendar. Is there a way that i can I restore the meeting with the same address?
i already sent it to a lot of people.

i already sent it to a lot of people.
I have followed and triple checked all of the steps for installing and configuring the Salesforce app including registering the app for my user in Zoom. I, however, am not able to see any of the zoom events that I, or anyone else on my team, create. What should I investigate?

Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working.
I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it.
I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings".
Any ideas?

Hello everybody, When I share with my iPad, everything is fine. On the other hand, with zoom live via Youtube, the problem is that my screen, the size is small at the top and on the right. I looked everywhere to enlarge it, because I express in Sign Language, it is important that the public sees the screen better in large size. Do you have any solutions to enlarge this size? Can anyone share the best headset and mic set up for conducting live meditation classes? I will be playing music in the background that I want the participants to hear without drowning out my voice or my voice drowning out the music. I also will record the events occassionally.

Hi I have a very important meeting with clients on a project that involves streaming several videos and I made some tests and the video is all jerking. The sound also has problems but is less noticeable. The videos are short (1min) and relatively small (40-400Mb). The connection is cable and should be no problem and the computer is a gaming HP which is perfectly capable of handling the processing. In the screen, there is no problem either with the sound or the video but in the transmission is unacceptable. Any suggestions on how to improve the video quality? It is not an option to switch off my camera because the team needs to see me as I make the presentation. Any help will be most appreciated. regards Luis

Hello, I am looking to add and rearrange my tickets so that they appear in a more logical order. I cannot seem to find a way to change the order (which comes first, second, etc.). Is there a method to do this, or do I need to delete the existing tickets and then create them in order? Thank you

We recently hosted an event using Zoom Events and the "Your Event Organizer" section has a typo. I have looked through our profile and can't find the area with the typo.

I created an OnZoom profile to host an event. When asked to create a profile URL, I misinterpreted what was being asked. I created a URL that was relevant to that EVENT and did not understand it was a public profile URL under which ALL events would be housed. I did read that you cannot CHANGE the public profile URL for OnZoom. I am wondering if there is a workaround. For example, can I delete the OnZoom account? (Of course, I don't want to delete my entire Zoom account in the process.) Is it possible to set up a second public profile URL? Any other suggestions?
