I am looking at changing to Zoom events but cant get clarity on functionality of system. I am running a 3 hour session with multiple speakers and want to host severa; breakout sessions concurrently during the event so that attendees can be placed in virtual workshops. Is this possible with Zoom events?

Just asked this in the Zoomtopia Community and they suggested adding it here. I have a Zoom Events question - and Support has no clue - I wanted to set up my Zoom Host profile. When I select "+Add video", the only video upload link is for a YouTube portfolio. My portfolio is on my Vimeo channel and my website. How can I add them with YouTube being the only option? Sharyn

Looking for a solution to a centralize slide deck for a long event where presenters don't want to say "next slide" and we are able to pass slide control to the next presenter. I know this isn't a zoom thing as is, but imagine others may have the same desire. I looked into google slides but don't see a share control option.

Hi team when I manually resend an event confirmation and click the check box to the left of Registrations - does this go to all registered attendees or just the ones featured on the first page of registrants - see photo. Also having problems with reminders to panellists and registrants not going as specified i.e. 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour. Thanks Fiona

Hello Folks, Tried 3 times to get hold of someone from Zoom Inc. to help me out. But word of mouth has it that everyone holding a Zoom badge is so overwhelmed that try a one-to-one chat is almost impossible. Even if you are trying to purchase a Zoom Events license. So, my new try is here, the brave Zoom Community. What I'm trying to do is to test Zoom Events, specially the Branding, Embedding and Registration Process, before we go out and pay for it. We are not interested in a full license. All we need is one that enables 3-5 attendees. And that's all. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Cheers, Wagner

Does anyone else get confused by zoom.us/events leading to Zoom's own Events page - and some confusion between that and actual "Zoom Events"?

We are looking at hosting a summit through Zoom Events, however in getting familiar with the setup, we found that once we published the summit, we were no longer able to go back and make adjustments. We anticipate that as we approach our event date, some adjustments will need to be made in the sessions themselves and the speakers, or that we may want to include different text in the description or other aspects of the summit, yet I could find no way to make any modifications other than removing the entire summit and starting over. Is this expected behavior or are we just missing something? How do others handle this? We don't have all of our speakers nailed down yet, but we'd like to start setting up speaker bios, entering in the schedule, and allowing those who have already committed to start practicing, as well as opening up our lobby earlier rather than later. I don't see any way to save a summit as a draft either (in other words, entering in data and uploading pictures, but not pressing the publish button at the end and just saving. Your help is so appreciated!

Hello, I left WHOVA and bought a zoom event plateform a couple of days ago. I am tired of being sent here and there for a simple question: "How do I create an event?" Is there a simple and stepwise process to create an event? or shall i just forget this app?

My client sent me an invite to switch my Zoom account over to her company's account. I received the confirmation email that my account was, indeed, switched to her company's. I was made Admin and I can see that I am among the other 2 people assigned to Admin status. I want to go to Branding but Zoom will not allow it. What needs to be done? Thanks, in advance.
